Very thorough!
I read both reviews the positive and the not so positive, and decided to buy the book anyway. The author talks about this is what to do after physical therapy. I believe that it will help me because I can not afford to go to a clinic every week and I need to know how to do this myself. Thanks for sharing. FB in Jersey

This is not a book it's a simple pamphlet, instructive and concise.
Priced about right, certainly not cheap.
Pictures are good, definitely useful.
Very basic instruction for those who have been recently diagnosed with Lymphedema. More photos of each step would have been helpful along with descriptions and photos of alternative methods of compression. However, for 99 cents, it was a great refresher.
